In an interview with MTV, insomniac showed off their latest game for the PS3. The nitty gritty is that the game is 22 gigs, 40 player online matches, 60 level online stages and a vast array of intelligent weapons rivaling those that can be found in ratchet and clank. From the interview resistance sounds like the exclusive games for the PS3 might help propel it back into the mainstream. The problem will be multiplatform games that will most likely not take advantage of the PS3's unique abilities. In retrospect the PS2 offered nothing that astounding on multiplatform games. Is this a result of the PS2's foothold in the market share or a sign of people playing on system of choice? Only time will tell in this console race.
